The city is considered revolutionary since it is on the forefront of mechanical and technological advances. They have three archdukes that rule over the city: the Wizard of Clocks, the fighter of Gears and the Alchemist of Poison. There have been rumors saying that one of the archdukes is corrupt. The three archdukes rule in secret, only revealing their faces to the most trusted advisers.
