When outlaws and pirates have no other place to run, they go to Grillith. In a way, it is its own independent city, as not many rules are enforced here. Death can be right around every corner and everyone is out to steal anything they can get their hands on. The government and guardsmen are corrupt, the district itself is borderline anarchy, yet most of the people on the streets seem to have a pleasant demeanor, and there are many unwritten rules Although it is fairly easy to get in, it is deemed difficult to escape for several reasons. There have been tales of a man who has lived multiple lives at once and cannot die for very long. There has also been a rumor of a beholder within the sewers of the city.
